Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Yes — visit your dashboard, click the plan widget, and choose Upgrade or Downgrade. Changes take effect immediately. Your content is never deleted when downgrading.
File uploads are available on every plan, including Starter. Check that your file is under your plan's per-file size limit — 100 MB on Starter, 500 MB on Creator Pro, and 2 GB on Advanced Pro+. If your file exceeds that limit, it won't upload.
Go to your dashboard → plan widget → "Cancel subscription." Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free Starter plan.
Absolutely. Everything you upload belongs solely to you. We never use your content to train AI models, share it with third parties, or access it without your permission.
