Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no time limit. You don’t need a credit card to sign up and we will never force you to upgrade. Your vault stays yours at no cost.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you choose. If you downgrade, your files are never deleted — you simply return to Free plan limits.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

Your files remain in your vault and you can export everything as a ZIP download at any time before or after cancelling. We never delete your work without your explicit request.

Do you offer annual billing?

Currently all plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of that billing period. Annual billing is on our roadmap.

Is there a discount for non-profits or ministries?

Yes. We offer special pricing for registered non-profit organisations, churches, and ministry teams. Contact our team with your organisation’s details and we’ll set you up with the right plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted — we never store your payment details on our servers.

What platforms does my plan cover?

All plans give you access to all three platforms — Wordsmith, SongSmith, and PulpitSmith — from a single account. Your post limit applies per platform, so a Starter account gets 5 posts on each platform (15 total), and Creator Pro gets 50 per platform (150 total).

Is there a Founder or special access tier?

Yes. We occasionally grant Founder Access to early supporters, ministry partners, and selected creators. Founder Access unlocks all Pro+ features permanently at no cost. Contact our team if you believe you qualify — or keep an eye on our community announcements.
