File uploads are only available on Creator Pro and Advanced Pro+ plans. Check your plan in the dashboard. Also ensure your file is under the per-file size limit for your plan.
Go to your dashboard → plan widget → "Cancel subscription." Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free Starter plan.
