Before You Write
How do I reset my password?
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — visit your dashboard, click the plan widget, and choose Upgrade or Downgrade. Changes take effect immediately. Your content is never deleted when downgrading.
I uploaded a file but it's not showing.
File uploads are available on every plan, including Starter. Check that your file is under your plan's per-file size limit — 100 MB on Starter, 500 MB on Creator Pro, and 2 GB on Advanced Pro+. If your file exceeds that limit, it won't upload.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard → plan widget → "Cancel subscription." Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free Starter plan.
Is my content private and secure?
Your creative work remains yours. Author-Vault does not use your creative content to train AI models. We do not send your private Vault content to outside AI or design tools unless you specifically choose to share it. Anything you enter or upload to an outside service is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Publicly published work can be viewed and copied by others.
How do I organize my content?
Everything lives in one unified workspace. Create folders for the big areas of your work, projects inside them, and categories inside those — then file your posts wherever they belong. Prefer to just start writing? Create a quick post and organize it later. You can tag anything and search across everything from your Library.
