Use outside tools to explore ideas or create graphics, then upload your finished work to Author-Vault.
These optional tools open outside Author-Vault. Opening a link does not send your Vault content to the service. Anything you choose to enter or upload there is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
You decide what to share with outside services. These links do not give them access to your private Vault. Publicly published work can be viewed and copied by others.
Outside services may require their own account or paid subscription. Their fees are separate from your Author-Vault plan.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan stays free with no time limit. You don't need a credit card to sign up and we will never force you to upgrade. Your vault stays yours at no cost.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you choose. If you downgrade, your files are never deleted — you simply return to Free plan limits.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your files remain in your vault and you can export everything as a ZIP download at any time before or after cancelling. We never delete your work without your explicit request.
Do you offer annual billing?
Currently all plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of that billing period. Annual billing is on our roadmap.
Is there a discount for non-profits or ministries?
Yes. We offer special pricing for registered non-profit organisations, churches, and ministry teams. Contact our team with your organisation's details and we'll set you up with the right plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted — we never store your payment details on our servers.
How does the post limit work?
Your plan gives you one unified workspace for every kind of content — writing, music, ministry, and more. Your post limit is a single total across all content types: the Starter plan includes 15 posts, Creator Pro includes 150, and Advanced Pro+ is unlimited.
Is there a Founder or special access tier?
Yes. We occasionally grant Founder Access to early supporters, ministry partners, and selected creators. Founder Access unlocks all Pro+ features permanently at no cost. Contact our team if you believe you qualify — or keep an eye on our community announcements.
